Refund Policy

LUMINA DIGITAL - REFUND POLICY

 

 

1. Our Commitment to Service

 

At Lumina Digital, we are dedicated to providing our clients with high-quality, professional digital marketing services. Our policies are designed to ensure clarity and fairness in our business relationship.

 

2. Non-Refundable Service Fees

 

Our business model is based on providing services on a recurring monthly subscription or retainer basis. When a Client engages our services for a specific period (e.g., one month), we allocate and commit significant resources, including personnel time, software licenses, and strategic planning, to that Client's projects.

Therefore, all fees paid for our services are non-refundable. This includes, but is not limited to, monthly retainer fees and any one-time project fees. Once a service period has commenced, the fee for that period is considered fully earned and will not be refunded, in whole or in part, under any circumstances. This policy is in place because the fees are payment for the reservation of our service capacity and the work performed, not for specific, guaranteed outcomes.

 

3. Cancellation of Services

 

As outlined in our Terms and Conditions of Service, clients may cancel their recurring services by providing a minimum of thirty (30) days' written notice. The cancellation will take effect at the end of the notice period. All fees due up to the effective date of termination must be paid in full.

 

4. No Pro-Rata Refunds

 

If a client chooses to cancel their services part-way through a billing cycle or service period, no pro-rata refund will be issued for the unused portion of that period. Services will continue to be provided as scheduled until the end of the paid service period or the conclusion of the 30-day notice period, whichever is later.

 

5. Policy Acknowledgment

 

By engaging the services of Lumina Digital and making payment for any invoice, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this Refund Policy. This policy forms an integral part of our client service agreement.
